Why the CRM Initiative with Adept? The Adept technology is so promising, that the company completed a significant expansion of capital which has provided the company with a strong platform for accelerated growth and development. At this point, Adept is faced with quite a demanding development during which marketing, sales and services functions must be implemented simultaneously and in a situation where the number of new customers, service agreements, and employees are growing rapidly. Faced with such challenges Adept decided to establish a sound CRM foundation for 2 reasons:
The CRM Solution Adept did a scan of the market for CRM solutions and had to admit, that either were they highly expensive and time consuming in need for risky implementation projects, or else were very crude contact management systems with serious flaws with respect to professional sales, marketing and customer management.
But when Adept met ChannelCRM the picture changed: “ChannelCRM had the understanding for our business challenge and situation. We did not want to compromise on quality and flexibility, yet we need a price efficient and speedy roll out of CRM for our organization.” Says CEO Jan Wøidemann and continues: ”We saw immediately that ChannelCRM would be the partner who could ensure optimal value from CRM. Today we are only a handful of users, yet ChannelCRM are serious about the relationship, in a short while we will be a significantly larger installation, but we know that ChannelCRM will scale up with us and still deliver the service and functionality we require.” ends Jan Wøidemann.
