Download installation files to upgrade the ChannelCRM software to a new version or if you are to install other components than those already on your PC.

Upgrade (On a PC with a previous version of ChannelCRM)

UpgradeCRM.exe  (See note)

Upgrade the end user part of ChannelCRM to current release.

 

Install (First time install on a PC without ChannelCRM)

InstallCRM.exe

Install the client part of ChannelCRM

 

Server: ChannelCRM Server (Initial installation)

InstallFBServer.exe

The server part of ChannelCRM (Firebird based).
Most customers will only use this install once as part of the initial installation. Should you need to re-install the server (in case of head-crash or change of server hardware), use this install.
installfbmaint.exe The most current version of the small helper program installed as part of the server. Use for backup/restore and such. The program has to be installed on your server.
